This policy explains how WinkCasa handles your personal information when you shop with us.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and the items and amount you ordered. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and support requests, and meet tax and legal requirements. We only use it for marketing if you agree.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment provider (Razorpay), the suppliers and couriers who prepare and deliver your order, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and delete or anonymise other information when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by contacting us on the details below. Some records we must keep by law.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit who can see order details. No online system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to complete your payment.
