Who we are

WinkCasa is an online store operated from India. Our seller details are shown at the bottom of this page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We take payment online through Razorpay. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or description was shown wrongly by mistake.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Products

We try to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but screens differ and handmade items vary slightly. Product descriptions are for general information.

Returns, refunds and delivery

These are covered in our returns policy and shipping policy, which are part of these terms.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the site belongs to WinkCasa or its licensors.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts at our registered business address, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints

Write to us through the contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
