We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, delivery costs ₹79. The exact charge shows in your cart before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that, depending on your location. Made-to-order items can take longer, and we will tell you when that applies. Delays can happen during festivals, sales and bad weather.

Tracking

When your order ships we will email you the courier name and tracking details. Orders may arrive in more than one parcel if items ship from different places.

Check on delivery

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged or open, tell the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos, so we can raise a claim and fix your order.

Wrong address

Please check your address and mobile number before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
